Complaint Review: Member Works Inc. MWI*Homeworks

I found out today that an unauthorized charge hit by bank statement for MWI*Homeworks for 96.00 on 7/29/02. This charge made some of my other bank drafts bounce.

I am so mad, especially after doing a search on the net and found all the others that have been hit by MWI.

I spoke to a Keith and he stated that I will get a refund in the next 7 days. He also wants me to fax a copy of my checking account overdrafts to a guy named Eric so I can get a refund on the bank charges. Why would I send them my checking account number if they already have my debit card number. They can send the check directly to me.

All this because of a Steve Yzerman bobblehead doll!!!
