 Approximately one month ago I experienced some issues with my vehicle. A 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt. I paid roughly 1,200$ for an extended warranty when I bought the car last year. I had the vehicle towed to the repair shop that was closest to me and they dove into diagnosing the problem. They found out what the problem was. The warranty company dragged their feet on sending an inspector out to look at the car. They asked for oil change record which I provided so that they would send an inspector to look at the car. After the inspection I was notified through the repair shop that the warranty company denied my claim based on worn front tires and an inspection sticker from a local race track. They denied my claim saying that the car was abused. I wouldn't advise anyone using this service as they take forever to work on claims. Since the denial of claim I have filed my appeal on the status and it has been over two weeks since I mailed the letter.
