Complaint Review: members choice warranty

i purchased the plan on friday.the truck broke down on friday. the drive shaft broke. the u joint broke.first the guy told me they could not cover was becouse that was a pre existing problem.i told him i could not be becouse you can not super glue that back together and make it go. then he said the bolts were lose.i told him that the bolts were broke off in the main part so that was not the case.then he said the rear end was broke. i told him i drove it around town.then he said we are just not going to cover it.there is more to the story but this should do for now.
