Complaint Review: Members Edge Voice Mail

My daughter was on Fast Web looking for scholarships and a survery came up offering a FREE $25.00 TARGET Gift Card if sge completed it. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! instead THREE COMPANIES TOOK HER INFORMATION AND HAVE SCAMMED US FOR OVER $300.00. MEMBERS EDGE being one of the companies they are a voice mail service that she knew NOTHING ABOUT until the charges showed up on my phone bill and trying to get my home phone bill credited back has been a nightmare, out of $104.28 they have credited me back $42.92 and keep saying they will not give me back the rest $61.36, been on hold after speaking to ROY now for almost 20 mintues when I demanded a supervisor. I will not pay BELLSOUTH except for my home service.
