Complaint Review: Members Platinum

I was told by Members Platinum that by joining I would get a MC and would help to rebuild my credit. I wrote down everything they told me and they took 199.95 out of my checking account.

I didn't want any of the extra features they offered me so I wrote and asked them to cancel them. The letter was returned. The address did not exist. I then called them and the number was disconnected. I have now written a second address and am waiting to see what comes from that letter. I also was forced to close my bank account because after giving them my bank account info, I have been charged by two other companies that I have never even heard of and can't find any information on. I hope any one who receives anything like this in the mail or online will disregard it.
