Members Platinum ripoff fraud business Tampa Florida
I was contacted the week before Thanksgiving by this company by mail. It was telling me I was pre-approved for a Platinum card with a $5,000 limit. I had set up to get one of these the week before, unfortunately.
I thought I would repair my credit and give my children a good Christmas.
Lenox Capital took 221.95 on 11/15 and I set this one up for 11/29. I really had no idea these were scams.
Members Platinum took 199.00 out of my account.
I called them on December 12th to check and see how long it should be and was told 21 business days.
When nothing showed up in the mail from either company, I started to do some searching.
Today, when I discovered I had been scammed, my heart broke. I had paid all my bills with the money I had after paying these jerks. My children will not wake up to Santa Claus on Christmas morning.
Today when I tried the 800 number that worked a week ago, I got a recording saying "Please direct any questions or comments to 4026 Henderson Blvd., Tampa, FL 33629. No big bustling call center that it was a week ago.
Deashley McIntosh was the represtentative's name. I hope she has a really great Christmas.
Our three children will be learning that Santa Claus doesn't exist and we'll be lucky to have food on the table.
