Complaint Review: Http://members-site.net

I'm a new ipod user that logged in my new device and was lead to the site http://member-site.net. I was lead to believe that it was an Apple site and that I could get unlimitted downloads for $50 for a lifetime. Not true. I wasn't able to download a single song or get my money back. I still can't figure out how registering my ipod that is expensive enough as it is cost me another fifty bucks. How can such a large company allow this site access to theirs?
