Complaint Review: Members Way

Members Way Reservation Services International Convinced a family member to pay $5000 to enroll in services with only 3 days to cancel. Now not answering phones Internet, Internet

A family member of mine went to a presentation in Fishkill, NY last week and was convinced to sign up for Member Services which is not BBB accredited or recognized. Members Way seems to be a client of Reservation Service and International yet they take no responsibility for what is going on. They simply give phone numbers that lead to nothing.

Please help get this $$ back, the bank unfortunately has already cleared the check.

I have a friend who works for Members Way and is just one of many people who answer the phone and internet inquires 8 hours a day there, so this complaint can't be true.

It is obvious that if you call the number or check the website that they are fully functional and this complaint is completely unfounded. They must either have the wrong number, or there must be an ulterior motive designed to be hurtful to my friend and the company he works for. I don't like this because these types of false and empty complaints posted by disgruntled persons are designed to tarnish the good reputation of companies like Members Way and Reservation Services International whose purpose is to serve their customers. I guess you just can't please them all no matter how hard you try.
