Complaint Review: MEMBERSERV

My partners and I met Avery Stone in Jan. of 07. We found out about MemberServ over the internet. We had our meeting at 11Penn Plaza in N.Y. Stone was well dressed and seemed to have a gift for gab. We bought a $3000 a month guaranteed income for as long as we were associated with MemberServ. The acct. cost us a little over $10,500. We didnt hear from this dude again until April and he offered us 1 acct. We took it. When we got our first invoice it was $50.00. He took out all monies that was owed to him. The next time we heard from him was in June, and again just 1 acct. & again he took out all his monies and left us with $150. Stone has been stringing us along for about 16 months.

We have lost a heep of money from running from job to job with the price of gas and labor we,ve just about lost everything. It almost cost us our friendships, but we have decided that we will overcome this. We just currently lost an acct. because he took the acct. and resold it to another memberserv member for triple the monthly amount that the client was paying us then what he did was contact us to tell us not to go to the acct. because they were unsatisfied with our work which was a LIE.

After that he sent us another check with all the accts. that didnt pay and kept that acct monies also. We were suppose to recieve about $2200 but he sent us $960 and told us that accts didnt pay

I,m looking to start a class action suit against him so I,m reaching out to members that have been swindled by this a*****e, I cant leave any personal info on this site so if u have anyway of finding me or vise versa we can get this guy with a good lawyer and we,ll do it toghter.
