Membership Services Charged my credit card with NO services provided Hopkins,MN 55343
Reviewing my credit card monthly statement, I found a charge for $24.95 with no explanation. Further searching found that I had been charged this amount for 24 months. Calls to the number (800-925-8674) provided no further information except that I was a "Member" and had the ability to go on line and download coupons for discounted goods.
I never received any information about my membership or correspondence of any kind. They were "not authorized" to tell me how they got my information including my card number. After many calls I was finally given the name and address of "The Company". It is Membership Services in Hopkins,MN 55343. No phone number is listed. I sent them a letter asking for an explanation and have not heard back from them.
A total of $598.80 was taken from my VISA account over the two year period. I am responsible but I think the small monthly amout was not noticed. I think this is what they are counting on.
