Complaint Review: Memolink

Memolink, Inc. ripoff dishonest fraudulent company Memolink owes me two $10 gift certificates to the Outback Steakhouse, however company says they sent them. several months later and still no gift certificates. Lakewood Colorado

Memolink owes me two $10 gift certificates to the Outback Steakhouse, however company says they sent them. Memolink says my address was not correct even though they confirmed my correct address via e-mail. I moved on February 18th, 2005 and submitted a change of address form to the post office to forward my mail to my new address. On April 11, 2005, Memolink says they sent the two gift certificates in seperate envelopes. If this is true, then the memolink gift certificates are the only two pieces of mail that I never received. After reading the many postings on the internet about Memolink I discovered a large number of complaints about Memolink members not receiving their gift certificates and/or prizes. I don't believe both gift certificates were lost in the mail, rather, I doubt they sent them at all. Memolink says it was my fault they got lost because the address on my account was my old address. They had a valid address to send the gift certificates to. I haven't had any problem getting my mail until the two Memolink gift certificates.
