we paid $3500 for my parents( jae in choi,kyu ye choi) tombstone for foundation,installation everything on Dec 13 2015, we could not believe they had installed tombstone without foundation, when we went to see our father's grave on jan15 2017, tombstone was almost upside down, memorial park officials did not even apologize, they did not even tell us when to fix, i went back on jan 27th 2017, still was not fixed please help us i am going crazy
