Complaint Review: Memories Kept

Memories kept has no shame.. They lead me on ..waiting and waiting for my bouquet..
They were quick to collect their money ($ 500.. ) but still waiting. since august of 2007..
I cant believe that they are still in business..i called several times but no resolution ..
who does that !!!! I hope someone does something about them.. they need to be shut down... Its not about the money, but they destroyed such a beautiful memory!!!
Hope one day i can get my bouquet back ...Hopeful Bride washington dc.
