Complaint Review: Memories on Media

We purchased a Groupon for Audio transfer services and sent 17 VHS home movies to this company to be transferred to DVD's. We paid in full using paypal, and we have confirmation they received the 17 VHS's. It's been 1 1/2 years and they still will not send the videos or return us the our originals or DVD transfer videos. They told my daughter they lost them and dropped us like a hot potato. If anyone out knows any information about our videos or may have gotten the wrong videos by mistake, please contact me through this website. Thanks.

Dear Ms. Lesser, 

This is to confirm that we have received your order for processing.  It included 17 VHS tapes.  You provided us with Groupon vouchers that cover a total of 20 videos so your order is completely covered.  Since your Groupons cover up to 20 videos and you only sent 17 if you don’t have 3 others to send us, if you’d like you can elect to have us make you up to 3 extra copies of the tapes you’ve already sent us.  If you would like to do that just let us know which Your estimated completion date is 10/28/16.  We send our packages back to you using Media Mail, it will include a tracking number which will be emailed to you upon shipment.  That way you can track you order using the USPS tracking website and you will know approximately when to expect your package. We appreciate your business and will get these processed and returned to you as soon as possible.  If you have any questions for us please feel free to call us at 336 946-2874.  Our regular days of operation are Tuesday – Thursday from 10:00AM to 6:00PM Eastern and Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PMEastern.
