Complaint Review: Memory Foam Furniture Ross Goldberg

An adjustable bed and foam mattress was ordered and $3200 was paid via PayPal to Mr. Goldberg the end of March 2006. We received an email on 3/27/2006 confirming our order. After many phone calls Mr. Goldberg was unable to give a tracking number or ship date and finally promised a full refund. After many phone calls and emails from Mr. Goldberg with promises of payment we have to date received nothing but broken promises.

I believe that Mr. Goldberg is operating a fraudulent internet site.
