Purchase a brand new snow blower for our son for christmas on december 30th while we were visting at the menards in marion, iowa. After hooking cables and handle up he put gas in it to use it and the gas leaked back out all over the garage floor. He let the gas finish draining, put the snow blower back in his truck and went back to menards. They informed him they would not let him return the snow blower because he put gas in the tank,  how are you supposed to use a gas powered snow blower if you do not put gas in the tank?  Sad part is I used to work for Menards in Ottumwa, Iowa I now live in Michigan were there is talk of menards putting stores soon. You can bet I will not shop there and when i get done no I know will either.

Obviously you didn't bother to read the printed material inside the box. Once you buy any gasoline powered equipment from any retailer, once filled you can not take it back into the store due to fire code regulations. You have to contact the manufacturer directly who will then provide you with instruction as to how/where to have the item repaired under their warranty program.

Common sense goes a long way, it helps to pay attention to the owners manual and leaflets that are inside the package. I personally have bought a few s****.>
