STOP! Don't do it! I wish some one would have given me that advice before I pissed my days away at Menasha Packaging. At least now my days are over with. What a relief.

I can't believe how bad the management is there. They are hands down the most incompetent, inept bunch of hipocrits I have ever been around. They do not have a clue how to run a business.

Let's see. I firmly do believe that the Green Lake Plant is bing used for a tax shelter. The company as a whole is making millions and millions and we are losing money. When a plant loses money on a continual basis like Green Lake, they were usually closed down.

I think that they aren't the inovators of packaging but the innovators of laziness and cowardliness. They can't deal with people, because they down't know how. Here's an example; most of the machines are the plant need to be fixed really bad, so bad that they have $500,000 budgeted to fix these machines.

Do you think they did? No! It doesn't pay to tell the Plant Manager, who will remain nameless, because when you present him with a problem, he seems to find some reason and walk away, seriously! That is what he actually does, turns around and walks away. I have no idea where that $500,000 went to. Maybe some one's pocket. Tobad it wasn't the people who actually deserve it.

This is ridiculous. They need to bring in auditors and examine who's jobs should be cut, because right now I think of 3.

I don't know how that place can be still open with the amounts of money that they have lost in that plant.

Now lets talk about the hypocrites. One of the managers there should not be in that position. He screwed off so much on the floor when he was a worker. I guess it does pay to kiss a*@, at least the right ones. From nuisance to a@#$ole. Honestly when he was on the floor I don't think he got along with anybody except like two or three guys. I couldn't stand him and neither could a lot of people.

But seriously do yourself a favor and never apply to this company.

And also I hope the IRS is reading this. You really need to do an audit here, because the money is going some where and it's not into fixing the machines or being reinvested, and it certainly is not being used as a motivational tool for the workers that deserve it.

And if any management is reading this wee feel that it is time to look at this further. That is if you care?!
