Complaint Review: Mencia Realty

Mencia Realty, inc. is a Real Estate Broker owned and operated by Robert Mencia. If you have ever tried to purchase an REO property from this company you will soon realize that you will not get the property if it has a good price. It is my understanding that the broker at this realtor office has numerous florida corporation registered under different names and buys all the bank owned properties that is supposed to be selling to the public. Not just that, but he also causes extra damage and files false repair estimates to low-ball the banks and buy the roe properties at an even lower price.

Reo brokers, such as Mencia Realty, inc. are not supposed to be defrauding the banks in this manner, they are supposed to be working for the bank and trying to sell these bank owned properties at the highest and best offer from any prospective buyers.

Of course this is very difficult to prove, and i really wish the banks this broker represent investigated the broker's office of Broker Robert Mencia of Mencia Realty in Plantation Florida.
