Complaint Review: Mendi Kizito

We were told we could purchase three English Bulldogs for a total of $1600, including shipping, send $500 and the rest when the puppies were received. We sent the $500, and were then told the next day to send another $550 for crates, etc.

We sent that, were then told they were held up in France and needed another $760 for tests, they were shipped back to Cameroon and we sent the money for tests to be done there, then were told another $762 was needed for insurance and some was refundable upon receiveing the puppies; sent that and were then told they were held up again and shipped back to Cameroon, so he was to get himself a ticket and come with them.

We sent another $500 for tickets, were then told he was in an accident and needed another $202 to reinstate his ticket because he couldn't use the "old" ticket. We told him we were absolutely not sending anymore money and we wanted our puppies.

The last time he responded to our email was to tell me that he was back in Nigeria. I have looked on the nextdaypets listing and he has all three puppies back on with different names.

I have emailed nextdaypets about it, but they have never responded nor have they taken any of the listings i emailed them off. We are out over $3000 now and don't know what, if anything, we can do about this. I have kept all emails from him and believe I have all of mine that were sent.
