You may have heard of Meni Agababayev with "Run Local Locksmith" a few years back. He had a company that scammed fees and overcharged people locked out of their homes and offices. You can look his name up on the (Hall of Shame) under fox 2 news. This was in 2013. However he is UP TO IT AGAIN. This time he has been attempting to rent/lease out his home at $3500 per month and not making the mortgage payment.
Unsuspecting people move in and he collects the rent and security deposit all while bills and collectors come to the door daily looking for him. However he is living in California, so he doesnt care much what happens to you. He recently took advantage of a friend of mine who moved into the home paid roughly $10k between movers and security deposit, first and last month rent. The bank puts letters on the door attorney generals in different states have liened the home.
You as the lessor are now stuck with the harrassment and out all the money you have invested to try to live in "quiet enjoyment" of the home you are leasing.
My advice is to STAY AWAY FROM MENI AGABABAYEV his assistant with multiple names ANN and stay away from (((REDACTED))) Washington MI 48094 you will only end up losing alot of money and time.
