This report is in reference to the Menifee Community Services Department locted at 29995 Evans Road, Menifee California 92586 and the adjacent Senior Center.  Whenever I went to offices and/or the senior center to make a payment for my daughter's dance class the unqualified part time staff never knew how to do it.

From what I understand, even if afterhours the part time staff working the desk was required to take payments but for whatever reason did not want to do it.  I was even told that one worker, Nic, transferred to maintenance to get out of taking payments but can barley do that.

I guess he would rather work outside in 110 degree plus weather rather than have someone squaking down over him at the front desk and/or work evenings and weekends.  Another worker, Miriam, nobody wanted to work for her and would rather work at the skate park?  Park Ranger Amanda is in charge of the skate park but does not work weekends?  Really?

No wonder why the staff there is always on their phones, leaving early coming in late (unapproved?) goofing off and never doing anything except saying you can't skate without membership and equipment.  I heard that one or more skater(s) didn't accept that b.s. and skated anyway saying that if the police appeared even they would have to concede that he wasn't doing anything, so they couldn't do anything, his record will still be blank and he could get security clearance after this.

The senior center coordinator, Aisha (direct phone 951-723-3754, cell 951-533-5932), tried to have all of the public call 951-672-9673 (main number, classic junker phone number anyway) so that they would say she is not available to all public calls.  Really, who would call the center and ask "Do you have cards today, what is for lunch, may I speak to the coordinator??"  Of  course, most (if not all callers) attempting that simply blocked their caller id and hang up!

How can you be a in public government service by avoiding all phone calls when your direct extension is on your business card?  More egregious was a voice mail greeting that said if you needed immediate assistance to call the main number and then looked stumped when a smart caller blocked their caller id, got voicemail and hung up with no corresponding call to the main number.

All of the classed offered by Menifee Community Services are pure garbage, and so is Menifee Community Servies.  Run, don't walk away from this place!

Jason Hendrix crashed his car into mine gave run around after admitting fault . . .

Jason Hendrix crashed his car a 2019 Honda Accord CA license plate "8MEG009" into my fully paid off truck.  He confessed to being fully at-fault and signed a paper saying "I did this" and I audio/video recorded his full confession.  He said he believed it would be around $300 to repair but the actual amount of repairs was $2400.  I said ok just write me a check for $2400 and we can settle this on the side without turning it into your insurance company.  He agreed and I overheard him on the phone arguig with his insurance company about how his insurance would go up to $4600 for 6 months for his fi-nanced Honda Civic for 6  years 6 months and he also had another fi-nanced suv for his wife Elizabeth also financed for 6 years 6 months.

Autocheck shows both cars as "Title (Lien Reported)" so I know they are not paid-off.  So he tried to argue with me about the accident and said he could not afford that forced-placed-in-sur-an-ce on two six sixers so I told him to write a check to pay off his two financed car loans.  After that, I heard nothing back of course but the run around. So I picked up the phone and called the po-lic-e . . .  A check from his in-sur-an-ce company for the full $2400 was mailed to be shortly thereafer as I am sure was a nice big bill from his in-sur-an-ce company for his block forced lienholder loans . . .  I am waiting to see him drive to work in a regular paid off non financed car instead of a honda accord loan . . .

Jason Hendrix Community Services Manager on Administrative Leave

#5Consumer Comment

Wed, August 12, 2020

From what I was told, Jason Hendrix, Community Services Manager, has been placed on administrative leave. I do not know what exactly he did, but given the relative horrible nature of the service complained of at this organization, it must have been very severe. Apparently, Jason Hendrix made up a story in 2018 about then Park/Maintenance Superintendent Joe Solano who was placed onto administrative leave only because they accepted Jason Hendrix's made up story. Joe Solano later resigned due to this, of course Jason lied about the entire incident as a cover up.

Likewise, former director Robert Lennox who departed the organization in 2017 has yet to find a real job from what I was told apart from a made up business called "Lennox Consulting." Jason Hendrix often referenced Robert's departure and prominence in the recreation field as being forever black listed, something that will likely happen to Jason Hendrix as well. I do give Jason a hand for this: he was smart enough to have his voicemail removed from his work extension. This way, even if IT checked his phone records (which I am sure they did) they could never prove that he repeatedly never called anyone back - he could simply state I am just not home.

Let that be the real lesson if you can remove your work voicemail do it - be like someone's grandmother, etc. who would not have an answering machine - they will never prove you avoided all calls, after all, is it wrong to miss calls by just being not home? Of course, Jason Hendrix recently financed two new cars with 6 year 6 month car loans ("six-sixers") that he can graciously pay for with his welfare check . . .

Officer Terrence Wiggins did the same thing

Officer Terrence Wiggins, direct phone 951-723-3736, city cell 951-746-4907 tried to avoid all public phone calls by using the worthless hotline also. Of course, the only reason Terrence Wiggins got the job in the first place is because of Lionel Martinez who he worked with before at another city.

Not surprisingly, Terrence rats on all the other officers to make himself look better. Terrence Wiggins and Lionel Martinez are still on a probation anyway and with the old building official having retired who knows what will happen . . . perhaps both should be released?

Avoiding Phone Calls/Offering Transfers if they pull your phone "dots"

#5Consumer Comment

Fri, December 13, 2019

The reason that the coordinator, Aisha or whoever she says she is, avoids public phone calls or says not to offer the transfer to her direct extension 951-723-3754 is because those calls will show on her phone records as to whether she answered it, transferred it, let it go to voicemail and never called back etc.

This is called "pulling the dots" on your phone records just like they can pull GPS dots on what you did in your city vehicle. Another reprehensible example of this is Lionel Martinez, Code Enforcement Manager, 951-723-3868 city cell 951-821-1557. He actually goes so far as to list a worthless "hotline" phone number on his email signature to avoid calls and all the messages thereon say how nobody can ever get through, it always goes to voicemail.

One caller was smart enough to block caller id but it took eight (8) attempts to reach this faker of a manager who said can I get your number (because it was blocked) and I will get back to you. Of course, this caller was smart enough to never give this low life his blocked number and just hung up.

Of course, all those voice mail hangups show up on Lionel Martinez's phone dots. Lionel Martinez also faked headaches for three (3) while on a probation (still on until 05/2020) to avoid more phone calls. So much for Lionel Martinez, callin in sick on a probation . . . .
