Complaint Review: Menlove Dodge Toyota

First let me say NEVER! take your car here for repairs. They charge up to 400% more on parts than any other shop. I was charged 400.+ dollars for a water pump which they put in without asking me and five other shops I called only charged 70.00+ dollars for the same part , and it would've had a life time warranty. As for Menlove , there parts only have a 12 month warranty. As I was there to pick up my car , they were not done with so I went to look at there used cars and it was like throwing a piece of meat among wolves. After which the salesman keep telling me how fantastic this certain car was and how they really last. I went in cause he said he needed my name and info to show his supervisor he was working . As I waited he and his Supervisor came in and tried to really pressure me to trade in my car they had just serviced and buy a new car. I was there for at least an hour trying to tell them I did not want to buy a car I finally stood up and left because they showed no sign of backing off. After I arrived home I checked on the car on the internet and they was a huge list of how that car keep having motor problems constantly. DON'T Trust these guys!!
