MentalNutra Billed for a product I did not request. unknown unknown
I submitted a request for a trial bottle of the product and was required to only pay the shipping fee.
When I submitted the order, I was asked to authorize a monthly supply of the product, which I did not do.
My credit card was charged for the additional product even though it was not ordered. The most recent shipment I refused and had the post office return it as refused. My account was still billed.
I have disputed the charges with my credit card provider.
