HE MAY TRY TO INTIMIDATE , SCARE, FALSIFY, LIE, CHEAT, STEAL, CON, DECIEVE AND THINK HE CAN WALK AWAY UNSCATHED, WE FOUND OUT THIS MORN. THAT MARY'S $15,000.00 HAS POSTED. Ok. well, the statute # that was given me was for either new hampshire or rhode island, as that agent was from that state anyway the # is stt 18223. I will be on this computer tomorrow also the telephone. i was advised by the agent to have the charges disputed with the credit card co. to also contact an attorney to start legal proceedings against these shysters.
fortunatly at the time our transaction was done i was taking notes as to what was said,and who said it and when it was said. the fbi agent has requested a copy / or the originals of these notes. also contact the consumer protection agency of utah, and that of your home state, i will be doing the same @ 8:00am mon. morn as well as dropping these notes off. sorry if I built hopes up unnecessarilly(sic)

If anyone reading this has ever captured and recorded one of Mentoring of America's salespeople's lies and that fake money back guarantee and other false statements on audio tape over the phone, please send copies of your tapes to Utah investigator Ao Pauga. He can be reached at 801-530-6601. His first name is pronouced as "Al" but is spelled "Ao".
You are correct. Verbal agreements done over the phone are not supposed to be considered vaild in Utah and Mentoring of America knows this. But their belief is that you won't and that you will back down when they tell you that they have you recorded on tape agreeing to a no refund policy after you demand your money back. And the "Enrollment Confirmation" pages Mentoring of America sends people telling them to sign and return make no mention of any no refund policy what so ever. I have been saying it all along, people on this site have paid anywhere between $1,500 and $15,000 for the exact same product and service by Mentoring of America. Mentoring of America has not set price on this coaching and they charge everyone differently based on our credit limits for the same 10 half hour coaching calls and a few worthless software CDs. This is fraud.
