Menu Master & Cynthia Sweeley president of Menu Master, owes me $31,424.52 Spring Mills Pennsylvania
I was tipped off about this website just recently and would like to put in my 2 cents worth. I own a printing company and have done extensive business with Cynthia and Robert Sweeley and Menu Master in the past. They are nothing but dead beat scam artists. Our relationship started soundly enough, I would print placemats for their company and they would pay me. Soon, my payments were coming in late or only partial payments. Next, they weren't coming at all. When I would call the office, I would get the run around and at one point I was even given every ridiculous excuse in the book. I tried to give them every opportunity, even set up a payment program with them, only to have it blow up in my face. They became evasive even hostile towards me whenever I would call about getting my payments. After one particularly hostile call with Mrs. Sweeley, I decided I had enough. I filed in court for the money they owed me. Over the course of our business relationship, they racked up a debt with my company over 30 THOUSAND DOLLARS! The court case was just more of their nonsense. They demanded a jury trial and then never bothered to show. Then they stalled with all sorts of appeals and never bothered to fill out the paperwork, just trying to waste the court and my time. Finally this June, I was awarded my $31,424.52 judgement. I later found out that I am just another in a long line of printers they stiffed. I've heard that she's had to go to New Jersey to find some new stooge to get to print her crap. Long story short, if you're ever approached by these people to preform any kind of services for they, get your payment up front

This whining complaint is a total lie just like every other whining lie on this website. Wade Glossner of Penny Press in York, Pa. called me back in 2004 begging me to let him do our printing. At that time Menu Master Inc. was doing a MILLION placemats a year and grossing a SIX FIGURE INCOME. We had head hunters calling us weekly begging for the work so I took quite a while deciding who to give the bid to. I was concerned about Wade Glossner because he was only a husband/wife printing operation and very small. But I liked his prices and the quality of his work so I promised him $100,000.00 worth of business in a year. But I doubled his expectations and gave the man $100,000.00 of income within 6 months. We always paid our bills on time but as we continued to grow, my fears became a reality. Wade and Corl (his wife) simply could not keep up with our work. They were taking 2,3 and 4 weeks to print our placemats and customers were getting angry. We finally were left with no choice but to switch printers.
Wade threw a temper fit over losing his #1 account! He sued me for some fabricated made-up amount of $31,000.00 demanding a jury trial. I contacted our attorney who battled it out with Wade's attorney. The bottom line? Menu Master was INCORPORATED, which meant that Wade was only entitled to Menu Master owned funds or property. When my lawyer demanded proof of this supposed $31,000 that was owed, neither WADE NOR HIS LAWYER PROVIDED EVIDENCE that this was owed. We asked FIVE TIMES and never received an answer.
As a result we offered our proof: Wade was owed $7,000.00 and since the business was closing he could take all Menu Master owned office equipment, including a $10,000.00 full color Konica Minolta copier! He declined folks! So stop whining Wade and tell the truth you idiot! You took me to court and lost; end of story.
