Complaint Review: Menu Master - Cynthia Sweeley

Your maiden name isn't Amnell.  You were born Cynthia Jean BUCHER!  And maybe the reason i don't put my real name and address is because you're a LUNATIC and the last thing i want is to see your beady little eyes staring in my living room window at 1am in the morning.

Ms. Sweeley/Amnell,

I am moved once again to comment on your postings.  You are truly, truly doing your reputation and image no amount of good with these outbursts.  Not only that, you are showing yourself as a hypocrite by calling people out for lying and posting under an alias when you, yourself have done it.  Madam, you even signed on as Cynthia Sweeley and then proceeded to say you were someone else.  Not once, but twice.

If you only take one piece of my advice to heart, let it be this --do not post any more rebuttals.  You are proving the accusations against you as valid and believable complaints with the mere opening of your virtual mouth.  Your belligerence and unmasked hatred are coming down of you like an avalanche.  Any potential clients reading your posts will more than likely not want to do any kind of business with you whatsoever.

Repeatedly stating that you went back to your maiden name of Amnell adds yet another lie to your discredit because anyone searching through the proper channels on the internet will discover that Amnell was never your maiden name or married name.  I was able to do it, and I don't really pride myself as a very dexterous internet user.

The more you post, the bigger a laughingstock you make yourself.  Your hateful, broad-brush statements about welfare cases, white trash and Kentucky hill dwellers are winning you no friends.  I would advise you to just chalk up this fencing of words here on Ripoff Report as a battle you simply cannot win, and I strongly urge you not to visit to site anymore since it obviously upsets you so much.

This woman can't even respect you readers enough to use her real name.  "Whistlblower' does not qualify sweetheart.  Why hide if you are telling the truth?  What's that?  You are scared of being EXPOSED for lying?  Well, fake names or not,  you're being exposed for the freaking liar that you are anyway.  And frankly I am definitely the woman for the job!

No one is hiding anything on our end, unlike this walking personality disorder.  Menu Master was incorporated and a whopping six-figure a year success for 12 years.  The business closed in 2009 due to the recession, just like General Motors and thousands of other businesses in America still Are!  Our lawyer took care of everything, step by step so if you want to accuse anyone of doing illegal things, I challenge you to call our attorney.  Oh,  GOOD LUCK WITH THAT, by the way!  Ha ha hahaha.

Ms. Sweeley/Amnell, signing in as yourself and then claiming to be another person (Susan) lauding the virtues of Cynthia Sweeley/Amnell is probably not the best way to lend credibility to your statements. 

I am in constant amazement at how many illiterate, white trash women I have had the MISFORTUNE of not only meeting, but hiring in my successful business, Menu Master Incorporated.  People like you are wastes of good human skin.  You can't even meet a person without secretly conniving on what you can get out of them.  Selfish, greedy,  manipulating - exactly WHAT good are you to SOCIETY?  Be grateful that I am not president.  I would round each and every one of you up and FORCE you to actually get some education into those mentally-challenged minds of yours.  You remind me of inbred hillbillies from the back hills of Kentucky; evil and stupid to the bone.

For anyone who actually visits this website, which is less than 1% of the US population,  I actually have proof to back up what I say unlike this white trash loser, who HIDES behind an anonymous name and place.  Why the fake name and fake place if you are telling the truth?  Because this person is LYING, LYING, LYING and they are terrified that if they were to use their REAL NAME and real location, their lies would be EXPOSED!  I am proud to say I am Cynthia Amnell, formerly known as Cynthia Sweeley when I was married.  And I am proud to say I own Proof Of  Life, formerly known as Menu Master Inc.

The truth is painfully simple to understand for everyone but the personality disorder who authored this so-called 'report':  I went back to my maiden name after getting a divorce, from Sweeley to Amnell.  Since when did that name change become a FELONY?  What a freaking JOKE!!!  And my business was called Menu Master Incorporated until the recession and it was shut down thru my ATTORNEY.  She took me step-by-step thru the closing process and then took me step by step thru the re-opening process under the new name, Proof Of  Life.  Not only LEGAL,  but a corporate attorney is the one who DID IT!  No one is hiding ANYTHING!!!  Ever hear of General Motors?  HELLOOOOO???  It's happening all across America to thousands of companies and they even publicize it on the NEWS. 

Wake up:  The people writing on this website used to work for me, either as salaried or Independent Contracting employees.  They are JEALOUS of my life, of my company, my beautiful log home, my beauty as a model,  my unusual spirituality.  They are filled with helpless rage because no matter what they attempt to do, they cannot seem to harm me.  It's really true that the best revenge is living a good life.

    My name is Susan and I am currently employed by Proof Of Life and Cynthia Sweeley.  As a matter of fact,  I've been working for Cynthia for 7 years,  back when it was called Menu Master Incorporated.  Has ANYONE even figured out yet that NONE of these so-called accusations of scamming were even POSTED before 2006?  And has it occurred to ANY of you so -called VICTIMS that the reason there were no postings is because - coincidentally - that was when two of the most evil employees any employer could have ever hired were FIRED for stealing????!!!  HELLOOOOOO?????  Wake up and smell the coffee people!  ALL of these postings began 3 years ago and yet Menu Master Inc. was in business for SIXTEEN (16) YEARS???!!!  No one wants to point out that Menu Master Inc. was a member of outstanding status with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.  No one wants to talk about the fact that Menu Master was PRESENTED WITH AWARDS for helping out CHARITY AFTER CHARITY.  No one wants to point out that Cynthia Sweeley was asked for an interview by the owner of the largest business-entrepreneurial website on the world wide web,  Business-opportunties.com.  And as a result of that publication her interview was subsequently published on FIFTY OTHER WEBSITES!  You people are the ONLY ones who feel this way about Cynthia Sweeley and her business!!  For every person who hates her and her company,  I will testify in court that she has FIFTY PEOPLE WHO LOVE HER.   Cynthia is the only person I have ever met that actually gives a d**n about other people even though she is successful and would not have to be.  She prays for people and actually gets the prayers answered to the point that strangers have called when I answered the phone asking for HER and ONLY HER to pray for them!!!  Who amongst YOU has ever had this happen?  NONE OF YOU, because you ignorant people don't give a d**n about anyone but yourselves.  Cynthia GIVES money and gifts to anyone who comes across her path that she needs the help.  Not one of you would help your stinking MOTHERS if they were dieing!!!  Cynthia has even started a Christian ministry using her beautiful HORSES to heal people of emotional traumas.  She could just keep her horses for herself as any 'normal' person would do.  But Cynthia is not 'normal - SHE IS EXTRAORDINARY.  And everything with her ministry IS FREE, FREE, FREE to anyone.  Any more questions?  SHUT YOUR FILTHY MOUTHS!  You are nothing more than WHITE TRASH who are jealous of Cynthia and her business.   There are FAR more of us who love Cynthia and her fantastic company Proof Of  Life than there are of you and we will defend her to the very end. 

Oh yeah, Amber Andretti, daughter of Cynthia Sweeley, I mean Cynthia Amnell.  Not unless Mario Andretti picked up a pen and paper to write in Cindys defense.  Now what made you change your name Amber?  Cindys crap back splattering on you?  I find it despicable that your mother would drag you into this to try to clear her name.  Or is this really Cindy just using her daughters name to try and give herself some positive press?  Either way, its in bad taste and speaks to her poor mothering as well as her corrupt business dealings.

First she claimed to never did any of these things, remember all those cutesy fake little reports she made about how all her employees love her and how her customers are so happy?  And that c**k and bull story she was shoveling out that her business got bought out by Proof of Life.  But this, this is a new strategy.  I guess when all her fake reports, and Insiders views and poor Cindy hard luck stories failed; you resorted to telling the truth.  Well, your diluted version of it anyway.  Lets finish the picture shall we?

Rejuvenation, is that what theyre calling bankruptcy these days?  You filed Menu Master for bankruptcy, not took it to a spa for a facial. Its all part of public record now.  And what about all those letters you sent out to your customers telling them you were filing bankruptcy and couldnt pay them their money back?  Was that supposed to be a joke?  There was no talk of getting them on another product.  In fact when people started to complain she had the balls to tell them to get a lawyer.  Now thats striving for the best all right.  Oh, and those tough times you mentioned, were because she wasnt paying her bills and mortgage.  She did try, and failed, to launch her Wildfire Ranch as a money maker but when she found out nobody wanted to pay to ride her flea infested nags, she had to return to the ad rag business, slapped a new name to it, crossed her fingers and hoped the Better Business Bureau didnt catch on.

Now about that so-called interview you posted on here.  I did a little investigating.  Turns out Business Opportunities is a for hire blogger.  You paid to have your interview, which by the way you wrote yourself, posted on there and on the other sites affiliated with them.  Which isnt a bad way to advertise your business.  But to use it to deceive readers that youre on the up and up and boost your own significance is just tacky.  You should have gone with another fake report, at least that doesnt seem as cheesy as your fake interview.

You know, youre right.  No one ever strives for bad things to happen, least of all bad things happening to them.  But until Cindy quits with all the underhanded stunts and gets an ounce of integrity, these things will always come back to bite her in the a*s.  But since thats never going to happen, what are you going to do next Cindy?  Maybe another insiders view?  How about pretending to be another customer?  Oh I know, youre going to use your magical Confessor abilities to get everyone on Ripoff Report to admit theyre jealous of you and are making it all up!  You go ahead and try that Kahlan; it might work out better than your so-called insider views and fake interviews!

Regarding this accusation against Cynthia and her business, this report was made by individuals whom can only see Cynthia and Proof of Life for their faults. The bottom line is, Cynthia had to make decisions to save her company, and did so without scamming anyone along the way, which is a hard feat to accomplish given what she had to work with.

Every business has it's up's and down's and she did what she could to fix the problems that arose. It is true Menu Master is now under the new name Proof of Life, because her business had to go under rejuvenation but is in no way trying to use it's new found name to scam customers or anyone for that matter.

No one ever means for bad things to happen, in fact strives for only the best and Cynthia is no exception. She did her best to keep her customers satisfied and made sure everything in her power was done to compensate them for any lost transactions when Menu Master was going through tough times and succeed in doing so.

It is a fact to say that not one person has ever been intentionally scammed in this business. Every time an advertiser came to receive a refund they were offered something of equal value. Since the beginning of this business, Cynthia decided that refunds were not to be offered and they are clearly stated on all the invoices. Upon signing up with the business, each and every advertiser knew this. Hence, instead of a refund they would get a free ad on one of our many products.

I have been with the company for many years now, and have never seen anyone scammed and left with nothing. Cynthia cares very deeply for her business and everyone involved, and has never left a problem unresolved or a customer unhappy. So please, before you make a judgment on her based on what you read online be sure to know the entire story. With every business there will be angry people whom disagree and make sure their voices are heard. Proof of Life accepts that and tries it's best even so, to satisfy everyone. But you will never be able to satisfy the world.... point blank.
