Complaint Review: Mepco Goldkeys National Dealer Warranties Canadian Auto Warranties

Bit of a long story , christmas time things are hectic i answer the phone some one selling an extended warranty, price is steep but they are like a pitbull just won't let go , i'm thinking ok give them what they want change it tomorow. give them a number finaly they are gone , next day i call up want to cancel, ok why ? i can't afford it whats it matter my buisness , I get transfered to customer service , get put on hold for like 30 min. fine i think i 'll just go to the bank and canel the payment which i do for a low fee , couple days go by they call me up asking for thier money , i say i said i wanted to cancel same thing get questioned why?
I hang up , don't think anything more about it unti the other day noticed an account was a bit short , so i check accounts online , noticed that they had tried to get money out under the Name Gold keys originaly, that cheque had the stop payment , but they had used another Name Mepco, and a different amount , to automaticaly withdraw funds from my account about 2 weeks later. well foolish me , seems i got duped , well i called op a number from these people about 5 times to hopefully get my money back , they keep transfering me to the elusive customer service holding area , i'd love a job at thier customer service they seem to be on permanent break. Anyway these people it would seem because of my foolishness can change the amount, and or name of thier buisness and still be able to get money out of my account . All because i was in a hurry to get rid of someone on the phone. I have contacted the BBB in Chicago , and will hopefully see the return of my funds, won't hold my breath on it though.
