I purchased a high dollar item from Mercantila. My account was charged 1500.00 more than the advertised price. I complained and I was promised a refund for that amount. I decided to return the item, it was at that point that Mercantila began to ignore my calls and emails. The store refused to let me return the product so I returned it anyway. Now they are saying i did not follow return procedure so they get to keep the item and my money. Do not shop at this store. In addition to this ,They have very bad reviews . They have bad business practices, and customer service.
