I placed an order on Nov 15 2006. Of course it was processed imediately and carged to my Credit Card. After Three weeks of comitments to ship my order, but they could never provide a tracking number. I called twice a week and emailed once a week.

I waited one a few more days and cancelled my order. I also followed it up with emails and they also sent emails to confirm my order was canceled.

The next day after canceling my order they called and acknowledged that I did cancel my order and wanted to seeif I wanted to reinstate it, as the manufacture could now ship the product. I both in a telephone conversation and emails told them it was cancelled and to refund my credit card.

Of course two days later, I recieve an email with a tracking number and it had shipped. I called them and they said to refuse the shippment that they would refund my card. I did and after another series of phone calls and emails. They still had not.

Finally I got a hold of a Manager (somewhere no doubt in India)
After several hours on the phone again and making sure that the next call was to my credit card company's fraud department, I was promised that I would get my full refund.

I did get my refund to my credit card.

This appears to be how they operate, keeping your money for as long as possible until you threaten them to cancel your order and then wola it ships,

Stay away from this company!!
