Mercari is a horrible selling platform it is not like eBay at all and is slated to rip you off. There is no phone number and scanty customer service. They hold your money unlike eBay which pays you right away when you sell. Also getting paid is dependent on the buyers review if they decide to review you. I sold a pair of mizuno running shoes 79.00 a woman by the name grandma Mary aka molly Thompson Barberton Ohio received these shoes and immediately blocked communication with me and sent me back junky men's shoes. Mercari requires that you take photos of returns so they authorized a return for the wrong shoes and I didn't get my money. Zip cannot sell my running shoes and out of a product. Thier response is they cannot do anything about it. Mercari is a rip off site with very little protections for a seller.

This person's name is Molly Azbell. She also goes by Molly Thompson. She lives at (((REDACTED))). 44203. She also runs an eBay store called Grandma Mary. Or she used to. This girl is 46 years old and has a history of being a con artist. She lives with a man named Gary Thompson. Is on SSI, and sells on the side for extra cash. I used to have her phone number but no longer have it. As soon as I read this complaint I knew who it was. Hope I could be of help. Sorry for the spelling errors.
