Mercari inc Mercari deleted my nintendo switch console game lot because they said I could not sale my item in person locally, Upon reviewing their site, There are a whole lot of sellers selling for local sale and pick up, Mercari banned my item, Customer service is horrible, Mercari does not care about its sellers. Their post and percentage seller fees are down right outrageous!
I filled a BBB complaint against Mercari and they danced around my complaint. Mercari abuses us sellers, Doen not handle complaints nor customer service issues professionally at all. Mercari is a scum site. I requested for Mercari to lift the hold off of my nintendo switch so that I can repost it, Mercari never addressed my concern.
