Do not lease or even consider dealing with Roberto Badalotti. Tenants are leaving and most of the tenants report losses. The centre is also being investigated by NSW Police for money laundering and drug deals taking place at the premises by related tenants. Potential Buyers beware of purchasing this dud of a development. The community is 100% against the project and the proposed neighbouring developement.
