Cary Massi supposedly had a deal with Swiss and Italian Banks to fund restricted stocks while never endangering the stock ownership. He kept our stocks for over a year and never paid out a dime. This guy is either a crook or a complete idiot. Whatever the case may be do not believe anything he says or promises to do.
