Mercedes Benz Of Pleasanton And MB USA The sales team, sales manager, and owner of the dealership Bait and Switch Pleasanton, California
This dealership practiced Bait and Switch when we bought a certified pre-owned vehicle from them and thought we would not do anything about it. We purchased a vehicle which has 4 added premium packages on it, which the original owner had paid a premium for. One of them is called the "Appearance Package" which entails 19" wheels and 19" rims. We saw them on the car when we test drove it, we verified that they were on the car when we looked at the paperwork which shows you what you are purchasing and what the car has on it. After we paid for the car, we went by to pick it up once they cleaned it up for us. After the first two hours of driving the car we got a flat tire. We took it to a tire place to put on a new tire and they told us that the car had 18" wheels and rims on it. We immediately called the dealership to inquire and all they said is that they don't know what happened. After we complained and raised hell and escalated the issue the only answer we got is that "we are not adding the appearance package back on but you can return the vehicle to us if you like". Wefeel cheated and quite frankly Ripped OFF.

I used to work there some time ago, managers and sales only care about their bottom line and do the most incredible, out of their way underhanded maneuvers as to trick customers with vehicle they either buy or bring in for service, i was so ashame, and as i address the issues with the management, they simply say " YOU ARE GETTING PAY FOR IT, WHAT DO YOU CARE?" What kind of answer is that, since i did not want that stain on my proffesional record, I simply quit and move on to real work and not deal with management and co-workers that aim was only to lined their pockets with consumers hard earned money.
TO ALL YOU hard workers who do desire this type of vehicle, DO NOT PATRONIZE Mercedes Benz of Pleasanton you will end up on this website and with a bitter taste of mercedes of pleasanton
