Complaint Review: Mercedes-Benz of Sarasota

Mercedes-Benz of Sarasota Mercedes-Benz Stole Wheel lock and claimed that I lost it. Made me pay for replacement on a $90k car! Sarasota Florida

Mercedes-Benz of Sarasota stole my wheel lock and blaimed me that I lost it, even though I had never done any tire changes on this vehicle before. I had a nail in my tire and had to get towed to the closest tire shop. When we realized that Mercedes-Benz took the wheel lock during the last inspection, we called them up and their service techs were rude from the minute I had someone on the phone.

They claimed that this is my own fault and I would have to bring the vehicle to their shop if I want the wheel lock. I told the lady that I am unable to get the car anywhere and had to get it towed. She then asks me to get it further towed to their location. After several minutes of discussions and loud screaming, they finally agreed to send their tech up here. Now, an hour later, still no one here ... rediculous! I would never get a Mercedes anymore! Especially with this company! No way in hell!!
