Hi, well the 2012 Passat SE that Paul Isenberg, The Service Manager @ MercedVolkswagen said:-

has been inspected @ CentralValley Volkswagen Modesto. They, VOA & the BBB have agreed the vehicle  should be Replaced. A new 2013 Passat SE with S/Roof & Nav is on it's way to me...
