I was very disappointed with the product that was sent to me. In addition, no paperwork was included for the return of this order.

I am pleased to see that you are making a public notice against Merchandise Direct, and the inaccurate claims by their TV advertisement about this product.

Like others have complained about the Air Coolers, and Merchandise Direct. I am not at all pleased with this product and I have not been able to contact them about this item for return. They are also not listed with phone Directory Assistance in Wallingford, CT or "800" Directory Assistance.
