I ordered one buxton bag from a 1-800#from aTV ad .When i called the number i got a menu it went on and on after i had ordered the one bag .trying to get me to buy other products i throught that i might get a person at the end it didnt' happen I did get a number stating to wait 48hours befoe calling so my order would be received to customer service When my bag arrived Ihad received two bags with no invoice no way to contact any one as to my displeasure at what i had gotton. The bag was not what was advertised cheap leather and I was not satisfied.Iam just sorry that i didnt' look before i leaped. Please help!!! I went on line to see if i could find this company and was amazed to read so much bad press please help .
