I bought these bags in response to a TV ad, something I've never done before. Boy am I hating that decision now. Like the other complaints here, I was billed 71.00 for these bags and was expecting no more than 30.00. I don't know what went wrong. No phone number to call or invoice was enclosed. If you know of how I can return these or know of a company phone number, please contact me or post a reply here.

Besides the cost factor, they don't work! My cucumber was rotten in two days after putting it into the bag. The directions also state that all moisture that accumulates inside has to be wiped out regularly. What a major annoyance, as I noticed moisture begin within a few hours. All I have here are very expensive colored plastic bags.

Would I be able to write refused and seal it all back up and return them asking for my money back?? Anyone know??
