Merchandise Direct-I purchased a purse from an ad I saw on tv. Now that I have it, I am unhappy with it. Wallingford Connecticut

I've seen this expandable purse in magazines etc, and when I saw it on tv, I decided to order it. I never spoke to a person as it was completely automated. I now have the purse and there is no invoice or any way to return it for my money back.

The purse is extremely small, and even when it's expanded, it's smaller than most regular size purses out there. The zipper does not stay zipped. The leather is very inferior. All in all the quality is very poor.

The shipping was very expensive and of course the money was deducted from my account the same day I ordered it.

I would like to know if anyone has contact information for these people as I want to send it back for a refund. Thank you.
