On May 14th 2008, it tooked me at least 10 minutes to listen to an answering machine to order the " Debbie Meyer's green bags".

My order was 10 small and 10 large bags. But, for a few dollars more, I doubled my order. I spelled my name and adress to that machine and was never told my total chargeof 97.71$ which appeared on my American Express card.

On June 19th, I made a phone call and talked to Karina (I don't even know if it's her real name). She said to me that my order was shipped in New Brunswick, and spelled the name and adress she had in the computer completly wrong.

I gave her back the adress and she promised to send the bags before July 17th. On July 17th, I was still waiting for the bags to arrive.

I phoned back again to customer's service and then spoke to Anna. I asked her to check back my adress properly and beleive it or not, they still had the wrong adress. So it was sent again to somebody else.

I asked to speak to a manager. Her name was Paula Zenti. She was very sorry for the inconvenience and told me that she would add 5 more bags for that terrible mistake that they made another time and my order would be shipped before July 24th. The only bags I received yesterday were 5 large bags.

How many people like me placed orders for bags they did not receive and is Merchandise Direct a real company or a total fake?

I am phoning back today to speak to the same manager, if she exist for real and will continue making phone call to them until I get my bags.

Please never order from Merchandise Direct in Toronto.
