Merchandise Direct PLEASE BEWARE!!!! This company is a fraudulent company it is trying to submit checks over the phone or thru other methods of payment from unsuspecting people..luckily my bank caught it.
When I called it the call was traced to a house phone the people there will try and talk to you and try to sound understanding so you can let your guard down and give them more information about your self. If you get a letter from this company stating that your credit card or check didnt go through please call the Better Business Bureau. Notify the correct authorities to stop these people before they continue with this fraud. MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN HIT SO BEWARE!! this is the name on the letter MERCHANDISE DIRECT...the phone number they put is 1-866-770-3486 the customer service specialist name that is stated on the letter is JACKIE CIMINO and I also spoke to MARY ANN FKIERKA beware reported to the Attorney Generals Office as soon as you can to create a case against these people.
