I ordered the Auto Cool Air Vent using the number supplied on the TV commercial. I repeatedly stated "NO" when asked if I wanted two sets shipped. Two sets were shipped anyway.

For a $15 item I was billed over $50 prior to my receiving the shipment. I am mailing all back and requesting a refund. What a ripoff!

No contact phone numbers, no bill in shipment, no fax number - NOTHING.

I ordered by phone the putty that should cost $29.99 for six little tubes of glue.

Four weeks later my plastic card was charged $263.81!!!!
And I received 6 packages containing 6 tubes each. That is 36 tubes!
A lot of glue that is messy and ugly.

When I return the unwanted product I have to pay the postage plus they would never refund $54.00 fee for handling.

Not a bad profit for unwanted product!

There is no confirmation of the amount you will be charged, no bill, you never talk to a human being, and they don't return your calls.
