I too ordered Topsy Turvey tomato planters from Merchandise Direct. They charged us ridiculously high shipping charges -- shipping was almost as much as I was charged for the product itself.

The planters were on back-order, so I received a postcard from Merchandise Direct asking if I still wanted the items even though it would take time to get them to me. I responded to the postcard (mailed it back) stating I no longer wanted the planters. Two weeks later, I still received the planters.

There is no contact information for this company to complain to them -- no street address, no online information, no telephone number. So now there is no way for me to return the planters and I'm stuck with them along with the outrageous charges for them.

I feel like I got ripped off!
