Merchandise Direct The item was advertised on TV and stated all the compartments the bag had. The ad was misleading. It did not tell you that the bag only measured aprox. 7 x7 inches and was adjustable only by the shoulder. It was shipped with no shipping slip and no return information. Monies were directly taken from your account. A definite scam to the watching TV audience. Wallingford Connecticut
This item ordered from the TV by phone,was a RED women's handbag. It was a misleading ad which featured
a shoulder handbag with many compartments. What you received was a
7 x 6 inch [approx. size] handbag that was so small it did not warrant the
payment, plus shipping and handling. It is entirely too small and they did
not even include an invoice and/or any explanation of the item sent. Only,
the plastic bag/envelope had an item# covered up by the label stating a "Buxton Leather Shoulder Bag RED Made in China" no invoice enclosed.
The item doesn't look or feel like leather. I guess it could be a replica of pleather or smooth vinyl. An ABSOLUTE RIPOFF!!!!! The size alone was mis-
leading at no time did the say the size, but displayed a much larger size!!!
