On October 7 of 2011 I signed a contract with Merchant Cooperative. The account executive, Dillon Barrs, offered me credit card processing at a rate of $49.99 per month for a term of 48 months. After speaking with the owner of Merchant Cooperative, Mr. Christian Sr., on the phone Mr. Barrs also informed me that the fees would not be billed to my account for a full 60 days. Incident 1:Then approximately 2 weeks later my account was billed $40 by Merchant Cooperative. I called Merchant Cooperative and they agreed to reimburse the account in a few days. Incident 2: On 11/02 My account was billed $71.50 by Merchant Cooperative. This transaction resulted in my account being overdrawn and left me with a service fee by my bank of $25 which made a total of $96.50 that I now have been fraudulantly charged by this unethical institution. I plan to make a visit to Mr. Christian and Mr. Barrs at the office of Merchant Cooperative on 11/07 to give them one chance to refund my money and void this fraudulant contract. If Merchant Cooperative refuses, I will seek legal action against these unscrupulous predatory liars and thieves. Respectfully Submitted, Grant Summerville, South Carolina
