I was trying to sell my playstation 3 on Craig's list and I got a message from a lady called supposedly Sarah walker a doctor from Utah. She was telling how it was a gift for her grandson that lives in Nigeria Africa with his dad that works in a U.S embassy in Africa. She was willing to pay full price for the item plus an extra 150 for shipping. I was very convinced so I decided to make that deal. she offered to pay me through money order. I agreed, later that same day she messaged me saying she had successfully made the payment. That was very strange to me because earlier that day she had told me she was working so that's why she couldn't call me. So figured how did she have time to send the money order but not time to call me. And I also got a message from a company named "merchant express" saying there was a money order pending to my name. Which was weird because it was all so fast. Then I messaged that lady saying all the things a had found out and she never replied back. Thankfully I did my research online and found similar cases like mine. So I knew immediately it was a scam. Be very carful on who you make deals with. RED FLAGS : them telling you they are doctors 1 : always sending it out of the country 2: giving you a lame story about how is a gift to their son or grandson or a relative. 3: telling you that they are living out of state. Don't let them take your hard earned money. :)
