Merchant Lynx Services Mis-leading sales tatics, over debiting, terrible CUSTOMER service, complete RIP-OFF!!! Canton, Georgia
This goes back to the beginning. !st- Merchant Lynx lied about the rates we were going to get. Then, Merchant Lynx "tricked" us into a equipment contract. After many calls and a POST on Rip-Off Report, I received a call from "Bernadette"- a employee of Merchant Lynx. Bernadette assured me a manager would come here in person and fix the rate problem. A fella showed up from West Palm Beach and we settled on a rate. By the way- when I would call customer service- the folks were very rude and hung up on me several times.
Now- several month go by and the processing machine that Merchant Lynx provided me with would turn on and off for no reason. We call Merchant Lynx and they tell us they will send a replacement. Once the replacement was here- a fella showed up and said he was here to program it with OUR routing numbers. Well- the guy who "programmed" the equipment put the incorrect routing # in for the American Express line and for about 16 months- all our AMEX charges were going to another person- who we don't know. Baffled by the low numbers- I called AMEX and AMEX told me that our money wasn't going to us- but to another person- and I needed to call Merchant Lynx to fix the problem ASAP. I did this and the routing # was fixed- but we still have not received our monies for the last 16 months (accept for 90 days worth that AMEX provided- not Merchant Lynx). I have made at least 200 calls to them over a 6 month period and I have YET to receive a call back from them. The total amount lost is over 30k dollars and Merchant Lynx is not helping me out AT ALL.
I am filing a complaint with the State of Florida . Please- anyone who has had issues with this company- I know it's tedious- but it's very important- FILE A COMPLAINT ASAP! For all of our sakes.
