We have been fighting with Merchant Lynx Services since we signed the contracts.  We were told by the representative Tina Boyd that she would wave our annual fees and we have three accounts which now they take 159.00 times three from us, we were also told that there would be no early termination fee which is 350.00 for each account, give us a lower rate with our monthly fees even more than before and that she would wave the monthly service fees. 

This was based on a past processor we had and this is what she stated she would do to convince us to be a client.  What she then did was underline items on the contract while talking to us and stating that this would all be in place.  The problems began immediately.  We had money taken out of our account around 300.00 and then it was found that we were charged for another business fees and it took three weeks fighting to get that back. 

We contacted her and she would state she would be here and never showed.  We started calling the office they stated we had to deal with her, we continued to try to reach her and occasionally she would show up and pacify us and then vanish again.  I have contacted the company on numerous occasions and i am told that this is your account and basically you are stuck. 

Everything that Tina did was a lie, when it sounds to good and it looked like she had addressed all the concerns we had but when we started having problems her lines and squiggles on the contract were never followed up with on her part.  She even contacted our former processor and argued with them to get us out of that contract.  This has been a nightmare, we have tried to check into other processors but because of the high early termination costs no one will help. 

Merchant Lynx Services is a very difficult and underhanded company that we are trapped in.  I received a call from a Merchant Lynx Service rep yesterday asking me if I had credit card processing and informed him I was a client of their crooked company and that Tina Boyd screwed us big time.  He stated that she is no longer with them and started her own company.
