To whom it may concern,
This matter has been positively resolved by Mr. Michael Tsang, Merchant Mall International, Inc.
He was sick and out of town for months and his internal associates didn't act correctly to solve the issue.
While he was back, he took the right and sincere actions to resolve his overdue payment on 3/11/2016.
I agree that there are always some mistakes be made incidentally by certain unwilling occassions.
The important thing is the man, Mr. Michael Tsang, who takes the action to resolve it.
